80eight has opened a prize campaign with The Dream Boys, running from 18 September 2026 to 2 October 2026.
The campaign puts a R100 000 prize pool and a separate R10 000 main prize in front of people opening an 80eight account for the first time. No purchase, payment or deposit is required to enter or to win.
How to enter
A participant downloads the 80eight app, signs up through a Dream Boys campaign link or code, and completes 80eight's identity and FICA verification. Nothing has to be deposited and nothing has to be traded.
"The entry requirement is verification, not a deposit," said the 80eight product team. "Someone can open an account, complete their checks and be in the draw without putting a cent in."
What is being given away
A prize pool of R100 000. Up to 1 000 winners receive R100 each, selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entrants after the closing date. These prizes are credited directly to the winner's 80eight wallet.
A main prize of R10 000. One winner is selected by a separate random electronic draw, conducted by The Dream Boys using an electronic selection tool after the closing date, and announced on their social media.
Winners are notified by an 88Pay notification inside the 80eight app.
Who can enter
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and must register a new 80eight account for the first time, using a valid Dream Boys campaign link or code. One prize and one account per person. Directors, employees and immediate family of either 80eight or The Dream Boys are not eligible.
Dates and terms
The campaign period runs from 18 September 2026 to 2 October 2026. Both draws take place after the closing date.
